    I’m 33 years old have never been fit, have been obese for a lot of years , always wanted to be skinny, tried to loose weight by cardio a bunch of times always scared of lifting cause i thought they would make me bulkier, and when I didn’t see results right away I gave up, finally a month ago I joined a powerlifting gym by my house. I noticed I’m the person who lifts the less weight and that was discouraging, then I stumbled on to your videos and like them a lot specially the breathing and bracing technique, it increased my lifts immediately and every time I go to the gym I hit a pr. You’re an inspiration for me and others and you will get better and stronger than ever. I should steal that las quote as my personal motto “The best me is yet to come”

I will continue and never stop praying over you and your dear wife and the Neversate crew. Big ups real talk and I thoroughly enjoy your dogs. Keep killing it Misch from Oakland

    I am glad you are feeling somewhat better, Brian. As a dad whose son had his own medical mystery last year for many of the same reasons, I can understand the frustration. (My son even though he had all the prophylactic malaria treatments still was part of 0.05% that still get malaria from his Africa trip - apparently one size fits all cures don't fit sasquatch-sized sons.) He was also the one who had Giardia when he was younger, and the doctor made sure we all got the same treatment -- just cautionary tale for your wife might need treatment too. Thanks for all you do for the community, and praying that you might be firmly on the road to recovery.

    Hey Brian, I jacked my ankles jumping from a trampoline to the ground and landing on the outside of my feet. Couldn't go a week without rolling them just stepping on the slightest uneven surface. I started balancing on a medicine ball. First woth both then switching to one foot at a time. I'd recommend trying it.

    • @ealtamushkharal84
      @ealtamushkharal84 5 років тому

      VA nothing to be scared of...it’s best thing that can happen to a person...and in good hands it is absolutely safe.
      Think about someone getting his hip joint replaced and he wakes up knowing nothing about it
      Or when a woman can give birth painlessly
      Or when a person goes a big tumor surgery of brain and wakes up absolutely fresh and pain free
      It’s a blessing in disguise 😁
