For double dipping, they're almost certainly just going to straight up remove it. It's been far too much of a roadblock for other balancing. Ignite and poison themselves can be re-buffed to their old levels, and if they feel the need, they can have ignite/psn/bleed bonuses as extra inside phys and fire clusters. Adding clutter like hidden diminishing returns on double dipping would be a mistake.
Personally I don't mind it, this comes off as two friends discussing the game (Which it is). It feels natural and fine. Interruptions become more annoying when you have more than 2 people involved and there needs to be a little more order. Keep up the good work

It's always a problem when there's a slight delay between two speakers. If I'm not mistaken, mors in US, nugy in Europe.
