Nicely done video. I might suggest at the outset adding in some information graphically about the home. Square footage, number of bedrooms, bathrooms , special features, etc. I find doing that grabs my viewers' attention and tells them what they will see coming up in the video. Gives them a quick feel for the house to hook them. One tiny other thing is to put your logo or a small image of yourself as a watermark on your videos in the bottom right-hand corner. (If anyone sends it to a client, it will make you visible to them too!) Love the mid-century style here!

To your viewers This is not on a lake. ELD inlet is the part of the southern most end of Puget Sound, As such it is ocean and tidal.: You might occasionally see seals and Orcas looking for food such as salmon to feed on.

Large roof over hangs are beautiful and protect the doors, windows and siding from rain, sun and moisture damage.

1965, NE Atlanta, GA we moved into a mid-century modern house. Not on this scale by any means. Still, 2,400 Sq Ft with lots of beams and floor to ceiling windows. Large, wooded lot.
Fond memories if house and time in my life.

Be a truck driver. Companies suck at first but save a buy a truck. Then you will be treated better. Be a millionaire in 3-4 years. Specialized loads or flat bed make the most. Best wishes!
@@IditMusk I literally know a dozen or so truckers, some with their own rigs and some driving somebody else's rig. NONE of them are going to be millionaires in 30-40 years, let alone 3-4 years. That is unless they win a lottery. Couldn't agree with you LESS on this. My brother does OTR Trucking with his own truck, up to his ears in debt with the damn thing because trucking companies think of their drivers as minimum wage employees.

Well, that is actually part of Puget Sound and the ocean. Kinda cold. But you can whale watch (Orcas0 and seals go buy. walk along the beach at low tide.

I'll be contacting you when I win! 😄 Oh, and I've just subscribed to your channel. I wish more realtors had channels. I watch YT for everything so it makes sense. My aunt just sold her Suquamish home along Agate Pass and she, too, had a video made by her realtor. It helped sell the house, I think!

How does one open the windows?
The largest windows in the wall of windows do not open, but smaller windows stacked over the large windows crank open to allow fresh air, moving up from the water of the inlet, into the house.

New homes need to adjust to the times. Home solar energy and battery storage are now more common.
Electric vehicles are becoming more popular every year. Every garage should include a 220 volt outlet and electric vehicle charger.
Every new home and business should install a rain water collection and storage system along with solar panels.
Even in areas where rain is infrequent it is crazy to waste the little rain that does fall and waste it.
We need to stop planting green lawns and switch to local native plantings around homes.
It is crazy to plant lawns and build golf courses in dry desert areas. We waste too much water and electricity.
the future is electric. Wind and solar energy along with electric vehicles are the future. Stop using fossil fuels. There is a climate crisis.

It’s quite possible the original family from 1962 got totally fed up with the West Coast and are high tailing it to Texas or Florida 😂
