Your data is already organized into nice, neat little columns you "drop" into your chart. That's easy, but the trouble most people have is connecting multiple tables by key fields. If the data is not organized beforehand, your nice neat drop-in examples don't work so simply. I think you need to show how to extract meaningful data from columns that aren't so cut-and-dry. I mean to say - in the real-world, who records their profit in a single column? Normally, products are stored in one table with cost per unit, then sales are stored in another table with per-instance sale price. To figure out profit, one has to summarize the total cost for a given product from one table, then sum the total sales of those products from another table, and finally calculate the difference between the two to determine how much profit was generated. Sure, you demonstrated how to set up a chart to show the difference between products and the profits they earned, but you conveniently left out the entire process of organizing the data from the various tables involved in the process to get to where you started the video. This is like a chef showing how to sauté' a chicken in 25 minutes, but leaving out all the steps about seasoning the chicken overnight (ingredients, marinate-sauce). The chicken wouldn't be anything without the earlier step. Likewise, you should at least explain how the data is organized such that it appears as Dimensions and Measures, so that they can be dropped into charts as you show so simply.
