I just read an article about the 997 releasing this year... OH MY GOD!!!! INSANITY!!! They retooled the whole midsole, and they used nothing but top notch materials. They're being made here in Maine by the Super Team of New Balance workers. They're taking this 997 crazy seriously!!! Can't wait!!!

You know what's crazy? Nike was putting out high quality kicks not even 10 years ago. The Air Force 1's from the early 2000's are dope! Thick ass leather! Buttery soft suedes! I think they just got lazy. It sucks because I love Nike's shoes. I just wish they would take the time to put out quality products like they used to.

I don't even collect anymore, but had that burnt orange 1500 on my radar all year, and still missed it! Anyways, well done Crisp! The older I get, the more I appreciate NBs. You've been a proponent from day 1.
The Burnt Orange 1500 is just plain sick! I think NB's definitely appeal to the older heads. I don't see many young people rocking them. Maybe some basic 574's from your local Finishline, but not the Made in USA or England stuff.

dope collection, I haven't worn nb's since I was little, but I will definitely make it a point to cop some of these joints for 2014.! I love the colorways and their affordable too.
Do yourself a favor... Get a pair that is made in the USA or Made in England. The quality is AMAZING! Think ass suedes!! Butter leathers!! Plus they last for a long ass time. If I had to tell you which one to cop it would be a Made in England 998!!! They are always crazy!!!

I actually liked the Mints better in pictures. When I got them in hand they didn't look the same. I don't know why. I ended up giving them to a homie. I think the colorway was crazy tho!! The mints were definitely crack!

You know what's crazy? When I was in High School I used to sell mixtapes that I made on my home shelf system. I eventually stepped up my game to CD's. I have always been heavy into Hip-Hop. All aspects. Graffiti, Breaking, Rap, & Djaying... The essential elements. I should make a CD on my PC for a giveaway... Hmmm... We'll see. lol.

That's a difficult question... I work 2 jobs, so I only get 1 day off each week. I wear boots & shitty kicks all week. I try to wear a new pair at least once a week, but it's tough. To answer your question tho I would wear them all if I had the time! No doubt! I don't keep them DS on purpose. Lol. I hope to wear them all at some point. Shoes are made to be rocked. Not stocked. Ya know?
