MashAllaha! First and foremost, congratulations, and may you both have a long and happy life ahead of you. I just wanted to add one final point that is extremely crucial. I believe you (Zaid bhai) made a mistake by not wearing ehraam at the Pakistani airport, as all scholars agree that the meeqaat for foreign travelers is the airport of origin. However, please get confirmation from scholars, as I am not an expert. I know this because my uncle made the same mistake and had to pay Kaffara after speaking with the Ulemas about it. Congratulations again!
Yes foreign travellers have to put ihram before entering Saudi Arabia..Zaid pls ask scholars n give the kaffarah..Also cutting hair frm 3 sides is for women n for men has shave or atleast trim .
If he were to perform Umrah after arriving from Pakistan without ehram, then he would be making mistake. But he arrived in Makkah, met Yumnah, went to the miqat with her, and then donned his ehram which is not a mistake or requiring of Kaffara.
He is coming from Pak with niyah for Umrah...he has to make niyah and wear ihram...yahan wali meeqat is not for him jb tk us ka pehla Umrah Pak k rastey ki meeqat se nahi hoga...us k baad ka Umrah Makkah se kr skta hai...baqi Allah knows best
