Now that you're a NYer, may I suggest NY Public Library totes as gift bags. They're only $2, super cute with the famous Lions (Patience and Fortitude are their names BTW) and a totally reusable wrapping. Be safe, have fun and Merry Christmas.
imo shopping for dads is so hard when they don’t really have hobbies!! like my dad mostly just watches tv in his free time…hard to come up with gift ideas that would be useful/enjoyable for him haha
