    I was so deeply interested in Physics and astronomy. It was life dream to do something in the field. Kipp, Feynman, Einstein,s chandrashekhar were my heroes.
    But, i was a little dyslexic, add, cognitively impaired. I did a different degree, easier one. And barely did it, extended. Not everybody gets to follow their dreams.

    I’ve recently become interested or reinterested in black holes and the origins of the universe and possible interstellar travel. It’s amazing how sharp KT has remained at 80. Similar to Hawking surviving all those years with ALS and mind still sharp. Though maybe impossible still interstellar travel could possibly be broached centuries from now. Sadly humankind will probably be long gone before ever reaching that point or freedom of thought and pursuit of these ends will be extinguished. Still fascinating.

    Electrons, like atoms, and black holes, and the universe as a whole, are horn toroidal fluid vortices (hence "point-particles") in/of the single, scale-uniform 'super-fluid' medium (I call it the SUM, a.k.a. "space-time") whose self-relative motion (a.k.a. "acceleration"; "momentum"; "push") as vortices and waves, comprises the evolving (hence "time") structure of the universe and all of its content "physical objects". Therefore we can say that the "material universe" is 'pure motion' (primarily point-radial in trajectory). The Einsteinian "time dilation/ length contraction" principle applies to the SUM itself, meaning that its self-relative motion ("acceleration" as 'motion relative to itself over time') is the mechanism by which the otherwise absolutely homogenous SUM 'self-differentiates' into the structural diversity of the observable universe, including our own bodies.
    Also, therefore, not only do massive objects "curve spacetime", massive objects ARE "curved spacetime". The inflow of the SUM equals the point-radial outflow "expansion" of the SUM compression wavefront that is the surface of the mass-object (e.g. the Earth). Ergo the "gravitational (and smaller scale) field(s)". Since SUM fluid vortices, and every complex manifold thereof, including ourselves, constitute 'I/O devices' (inflow/outflow; input/output; positive/negative; "yin/yang"; etc.), we can say that the physical universe is comprised by an otherwise, absolutely continuous SUM "simulating" (by means of its self-differentiating, self-relative motion) a "discrete particle" - based "material universe" as "a universal self-organizing network of distributed I/O devices" which are manifested in terms of their inter-communication by means of the specific sequence of SUM 'vibrational acceleration waves' traveling at the "constant, finite, but asymptotic limit for all mass-objects" speed of light which they emit and absorb. We "human beings" are momentum routers ("pushers" of "things") in that network. In order for there to be a "push", there must be a "something else" to "push against". "Yin/Yang". Consider that every "sensation" - i.e. that you are "conscious" of - is comprised of a "push" (or vibrational series of "pushes") at some scale, at some amplitude, in some 'direction', as a "transfer of momentum"; a displacement of a mass object from its otherwise geodesic path. So the "material universe" is apparently a self-configuring momentum-routing circuit /network. "Consciousness" is 'a self-configuring momentum waveform' in/of the SUM.
    P.S. "Dark matter" is the SUM itself concentrated around its "material" vortices, and "dark energy" is its larger-scale flow.
    ua-cam.com/video/MmG2ah5Df4g/v-deo.html 0:22/11:57 They are being carried along by the outwardly expanding flow of the SUM (scale-uniform medium) itself from its horn toroidal fluid vortexual architecture "output". They are not, themselves "accelerating" (undergoing "proper acceleration") by means of an 'on-board' power supply. Thus, in this case, they are not moving "through space over time", they are moving "with space over time". Light waves are the universal 'CPU clock ticks' of 'time'. They make up the 'Cartesian coordinate system' of the 'space-time epic' in which we are taking place. ...
    Call the Y axis "time", and the X axis "space". Let your eye be at 0 looking in the positive Y direction, and let any other detector be placed anywhere else along the X axis. The photon (or physical increment of "time") is propagating toward your eye, or other detector, as a spread-out 'shock wave' front, and collapsing point radially toward its detector, only being "detected" when the momentum (acceleration) pulse it is transferring through the SUM (scale-uniform medium, or "space-time") literally from its horn toroidal 'point' of origin is transferred to its corresponding destination point of detection.
    The universe might be described as a 'self-calculating quantum computer'.
    Let's discuss: ua-cam.com/users/onemediuminmotiondiscussion

It's the most unique form of that thing some people do while they're speaking, when every tenth word is "um" or "uh". But it's so unique and pronounced in his speech. Thank you Monash Unvi., Kip, Colleagues, Jr. colleagues, that was a beautiful lecture. On time travel I will say this, present future assemblage, present past disassembly. The future dose not preassemble its self as the disassembled past dose reassemble its self, you cannot visit a future that dose not exist because it has not assembled as you cannot visit a past that has dissembled, thus dose not exist to visit, there is the certainty of past occurrence and the possibility of future occurrence all occurring simotainiously in the present, I hope that this is easy to understand, peace and love, Doug.

    I am no expert but i get so confused when they say time slows down near black holes. We have no idea if time is an actual thing (So we can actually timetravel to specific time events). We observe objects slows down near black holes but thats because light slows down right?

    • @DanielFBest
      @DanielFBest 3 роки тому

      You can measure time by the periodic motion of clocks, so it must be a "thing". I have no idea if objects slow down near black holes, or if that's because light slows down.

    • @Avean
      @Avean 3 роки тому +1

      @@DanielFBest Thats only to make all clocks display time correctly. Time is just something we perceive due to the travel of light. We see everything through light. So in the case of a black hole and time slows down, it looks like it slows down for the viewer but not the participant. Im no expert but thats what i have figured out so far :P Interesting topic.

    • @DanielFBest
      @DanielFBest 3 роки тому

      @@Avean you're right time is relative to the observer. Moving clocks run slow. That's because light in a moving clock has a farther distance to travel, in terms of the hypotenuse adjacent to the perpendicular directions of the motion of travel. Check out "Light clocks", it explains everything.

    • @LokeshThakur

      time IS a thing, how do u think gps works? it is because time on earth is slightly slower than that in space where the gps satellites are, its roughly 40 microseconds, if you do not correct it the gps values are off by a matter of kilometers when they get to you, so if you wanted to get somewhere and your gps shows you a location 20km off that would suck, the only reason gps works is because the time correction is made for the calculations before data is sent out to u on earth.
      Light does not slow down, the laws of physics state that the speed of light must remain constant as experiments prove that light for observer a and b regardless of their position is the same, hence space and time must change in order for this to work.

    • @Avean
      @Avean 2 роки тому +1

      @@LokeshThakur That again is human perspective. Its only slower cause of the gravity is weaker and affecting the speed of light. Same with gravity near black holes that affects lights and how we perceive it to go slower. Its not like person A at earth and person B at a massive black hole, same age, steps out and meet somewhere and they would have aged different...

    Physical immortalists don't see anyone as being unimportant to the universe. It has nothing to do with it except to use the universe. Then main goal of immortalists is to continue living and living healthjfully so it's not much different from the concerns now about health, accident avoidance and life quality. While pursuing this we can pursue other subjects including theoretical physics with a more peaceful mind a little more certain that we won't have an earlier, or even sudden death. We need a foundation and health is the foundation for everything secular that each person does.

    Luv ya Kip... did you really mean it when you said that the force of gravity is “caused” by the slowing of time? Or were you just stating it that way to open our minds to different ways of thinking about it? Are Einstein’s equations such that the presence of Mass slows Time, which dictates the curving geometry of the space?... is this a foolish question from a non-physicist fool? :p.
    Also, how wrong and juvenile is the bowling ball on the trampoline analogy for gravity?
    Is it like a children’s book version for understanding the changing of higher dimensional shapes we can’t seem to explicitly visualize?

    This bloke's been watching too many movies. Science fiction phantasies are loosely based on supposed scientific knowledge. It's not a good idea to use their plots to illustrate something you are trying to present as factual. LIGO tells us that their 4km tube stretched a whole ten thousandth of the diameter of a proton. How do we know? Because the speed of light remains constant. The gravitational wave in question stretched the entire Earth by about a third of a proton, but the laser beam did not stretch along with it. This would mean that light exists independently from the "fabric of spacetime". Of course, if there were no such elastic matter in the universe there would be no way of measuring the speed of light. Surely a hot day down in Louisiana could stretch the 4km tube the distance of a ten thousandth of a proton. And the tube itself cannot harbour a perfect vacuum - impossible on Earth. That in itself can slow the laser beam to that minuscule degree. So what are the margins for error here? And what happened to the Heisenberg Uncertainty principle? Is this man conning himself? Or just us?
