I have a new one for almost 2 month. 3670km on it now Consumption range from 4.4 to 4.7 The car is very well made, super stable, silent, great comfort. I came from a Mercedes a180 automatic, that I really don't miss a bit. Money spent on fuel has reduced almost 50% with this mg3 hibrid

It's determined by the ecu. Normally it starts off in EV, although I have noticed if the ambient temperature is low, it will switch to HEV very quickly until it reaches operating temperature. Then it's based on the load being placed on the motor in terms of how long the journey is, gradient etc. Mostly it's in EV around town until the battery needs a boost. I have had one nearly a month and it's a smooth comfortable drive. Features like auto hold make driving in traffic, a breeze. @@liezlacebo580
@@SDADanCars If you had to choose between a used corolla 2.0 gr sport and a brand new mg3 at the same price what would you pick? Ive driven both and the so far corolla wins on looks and interior but a brand new car is tempting
So 52mpg ..i have had my MG3 Hybrid since May and average around 59/60mpg..mixture of rural, city, and dual carriageway. MPG gets even better on 50 mile plus journeys

Thanks for info 👍🙏Very useful
How about the navigation? I've heard it works slow and sometimes it does recognise you have changed the direction with a short delay
Completely lost with km/litre how does 5 convert to mpg please.. ?
5.4l/100km is about 52.3MPG. Cheers!
Seems promising. Maybe next generation will fix some problems and improve EV/Engine management.
Thanks for feedback 🙏

How much range does it get on electric mode only?
It doesn’t have electric mode only. It switches consistently between hybrid and EV only.
@@lamebear6669 then how it will be triggered to switch on hybrid or EV?

Mg3 hybrid or the 2.0 litre corolla gr sport?
