He never cheated. He was just in love with Angelina and was honest to Jennifer about this. Courteney, her best friend and co-star in Friends, admitted this in an interview. Between 2004 and 2005 Brad found out that something was missing in his life and so did Jennifer. In Angelina he found what he was missing. You have to realize that when Brad was with Angelina, he got turned into a loving, caring and sober father. He even admitted that during his marriage with Jennifer he was suffering from an addiction to Alcohol and Drugs. With Angelina he was clean. So she was able to get the best out of him apparently. And the reason why he ended up with her.

With Friends coming to an end, then your husband being away for a very long time, not there with you when you film the last couple of episodes at a time where you're in need of serious emotional support and a shoulder to cry on the most, that is really rough. Perhaps Jennifer felt abandoned. Or at least that Brad committed emotional infidelity by not being with her and instead developing feelings of love for Angelina. She always had a fear of abandonment, because of the history with her own parents. Also, that she does not want to be a single mom etc. and raising the children on her own. You have so much respect for her.
This hit a lot of people hard, and they're still commenting on the break-up, years later. No one really knows the truth. Jen said she DID want kids, but Brad never discussed it as a big issue. The debate could go on and on but only as speculation, since only the principals involved know what really happened. I only know that if Brad found out he loved someone more, that something was missing in the marriage, he did himself and Jen a favor by moving on. These things happen, and good people sometimes fall out of love. And it hurts. There was talk that he didn't handle what he had to tell her in an honorable adult fashion - which is something he DID owe her. But, again, speculation. I say he did Jen a favor because she deserves to be cherished and put first in some guy's heart, something Brad was unable to do.

It was obvious from Friends and the fact in real life she is such a down to earth and genuine person as well. Just need to ask her co-stars on the show. Just because she is still not a mother today is not proof that she did not wanted to have children. She had just not found the right one yet. Perhaps its too late today, but I do sincerely hope that she will become a mother. Without a doubt she would be terrific and loving. Regarding the divorce. This hit a lot of people hard, and they're still commenting on the break-up, years later. No one really knows the truth. Jen said she DID want kids, but Brad never discussed it as a big issue. The debate could go on and on but only as speculation, since only the principals involved know what really happened. I only know that if Brad found out he loved someone more, that something was missing in the marriage, he did himself and Jen a favor by moving on. These things happen, and good people sometimes fall out of love. And it hurts. There was talk that he didn't handle what he had to tell her in an honorable adult fashion - which is something he DID owe her. But, again, speculation. I say he did Jen a favor because she deserves to be cherished and put first in some guy's heart, something Brad was unable to do.
Agree DivineSimply. Jennifer has constantly said she wanted to have kids and be a good mother too. It was obvious from Friends and the fact in real life she is such a down to earth and genuine person as well. Just need to ask her co-stars on the show.

Regarding the divorce. It is an absolute disgrace how the media treated Jennifer when picturing her as the culprit in the divorce. She was actually the one who probably suffered and was hurt the most by all of it. Remember how Jennifer had to cry in Friends during her break-up with Ross? I can imagine the same thing but then 10x as worse and for real this time regarding Brad Pritt. Just breaks your heart thinking about it. Such a lovely, down-to-earth and genuine person going through so much heartbreak and devastation.
