You sound extremely daft. It is the oversight role of Parliament to summon any member of the Executive to answer to any queries that may arise in the course of performing their work. That's a fundamental role of Parliament. And there are laws that determine the manner in which they may be summoned and consequences of failure to appear before a parliamentary committee.
