Each MP gives a region 1 electoral vote eg Ashanti = 47, Greater Accra = 34. When the people in a region vote for the president, the winner gets all the electoral votes for the region. In Ghana, the one who wins enough regions to get more than 139 votes wins the presidency. Simple as that. I’m sorry what he is saying is bullshit.
