Brief of the script :
What is a T Point? Any road which is going straight your building, your house, or any of your commercial complex falls in-front of the road and the road stops there. That is called as a T-Point. Meaning, a road which hits your property, in Vastu it is known as a T-Point, Street focus or Veedhi Shula. Veedhi Shula means spear, a thorn. Now try to understand! We move, energy is generated. Hence when there is movement on the road, then there is excessive energy generation. When there is energy movement and it faces a blockage in the form of your house, then those energies start to concentrate at that point, which creates a strong power that hits your house. Now, the direction which it (T-Point's road) hits, is very important. In Vastu, as you know it, has 8 major directions. In 8 directions, some are good and some bad. If the T-Point hits the positive directions, then trust me T-Points are very good. But, if the same T-Point hits the negative direction, then one faces many issues in their lives. In Vastu, total 16 T-Points have been mentioned, or, there is a description of 16 types of T-Points. Come, lets' start. I will tell you about these T-Points. First of all, lets' talk about the good T-Points. In Vastu, openness in the North, North-East & East is important. When a road hits from this direction then openness increases. Hence, Vastu Shastra suggests that T-Points hitting from North, East or North-East are considered to be good. If, there is North facing T-point in your property, you will always get money in abundance. Fame in abundance. The North-Eastern T-Points give you power. They create rulers. Will give you a small example of Buckingham Palace. Just see how much the Britishers ruled. So, the North-Eastern T-Points provide rulers. The T-Points of the East direction enhances your social circle. They strengthen your social life. Anyone who has a T-Point in the East direction, he/she will be politically very good. These are some of the good T-Points. There are a couple of more good T-Points that we will discuss later. Now we will talk about some directions. Whenever there are any T-Points from the South-East, they are not considered to be good. The South-Eastern T-Points can cause fire related accidents, they can cause litigation, means legal issues, some kind of court case. It can cause relationship issues between husband & wife. There are many other kinds of problems. Illnesses are also caused because of them. In South there are two-point, South of South-East and East of South-East. South of South-East T-Points are considered to be good. In the South of South-Eastern T-Points, in such kind of houses, the bonding between a husband & wife, the love between them is very good. The understanding between them is very good! Now we will discuss about the Southern T-Points. South is the corner for the youth. It is again the corner for power, of the youth. Whenever there is a problem in the South, the young member of the family will have some kind of wrong addiction. Addiction to alcohol, gambling, or can have a company of wrong people. So, remember, T-Points from the South will always invite wrong addictions in the family. South-Western! South-West is the corner for the head-of-the family So, in South-West whenever there will be an issue, the head-of-the family will always face problems. In many cases it has been observed that, all those critical illnesses, e. g. Cancer, which is very common these days, many times, South-Western T-Points are the reason for the same. In such kind of house illnesses such as Cancer has been detected. The South-Western T-Points put you in the stress of debt. it gives you excessive loan. There are many issues in the relationship, and from the health perspective they are considered very bad. Now we will talk about North-West T-Points. The North-West T-Points can also land you in court cases. North-West T-Points, such houses, they are highly prone to thefts, meaning, it becomes very easy to steal from such houses. North-West T-Points create mental problems, any kind of mental related issues, originate from North-West T-Points. See, the North of North-West is one corner which is considered to be good. We talked about good & bad T-Points.

Is it true mam that if you are lucky and you have powerful stars (of any one one member in house)then vastu dosh doesn't affect you and you can enhance your stars and luck so that vastu dosh doesn't affect you ,by hard work and wearing stones like moonga .Can by keeping tulsi pot in our house we can stop all kind of vastu doshas like of home and all kind of t points.

Mera plot north east facing hai. Saamne se ek by lane chhoti gali hai. Kya ye theek hai. Main Gate kahan lagana chaiye left ya right side? Gate lane facing hona chahiye ya doosri side. Please gui.
Thank you ma'am for this valuable information. My house is at North East T point but some of our relatives are of the view that this is unlucky for us. I have not been consulted any Vastu Shastra expert till date but your video has cleared everything to me.
If it is exactly North East T-point then they are the only good T-point, but if you are facing some issues then it might because of internal Vastu dosh

I bought a plot with North T point. I cannot believe how much wealth has come to me after that - it would seem inconceivable just few years ago that i could have all this. I did not know it at that time though - the effect was so drastic that i came to internet to research and saw this video. She is absolutely right in my experience. Go ahead and build your home.

Great video madam.. but now I m very worried as my house is at exact west facing T Point. If I stand at my main door I am directly facing towards west from where the road is coming and making a T point cross exactly at my gate.

We ar palnnning to shift to a house where the North T point is tehre,hitting road North,right hand side east road and left ahnd side west road.We were having our previous office there,I felt good vibe,I got so many new positions and also some handful of projects.But people are telling not to mve to that house,since the owner itself faced issues when they were living there.I'm totally confused.We have 2bathrooms in the northeast corner of the house,but we planned not to use and to create a new utlity area,placing the washing machine in the east of south east.Should I needs to consider the living rooms east of south east or the complete house east of south east.

I've built a house East facing plot(33'X33'). But Road of width 30' from east hits house directly. At the same place another road from north to south makes T junction. Road width starts from Northeast corner but it won't reaches southeast(with a lag of 3').
My question is "this road hit effect is good or bad?" And it's remedies please.

Ideally no, but if you have to then make sure remedies are applied for the T-Point and also ensure that the house is constructed by following Vastu principles because this is a sensitive issue
