I have worked doing this job every day 26 years in Scotland your comment about the diesel or oil on the re used millings and goes like concrete is a fallacy diesel rots asphalt all you need to do is pound them once laid with a vibrating roller that is all we sell them they are poor man’s driveway

I work at Howell asphalt plants in Greenup effingham and Mattoon and made the mix for this job
After milling we screen it and divide small from big and a percentage goes back into the new asphalt
