Very Rev. Bernard McCoy, O.CIST., is superior of the Cistercian Abbey of Our Lady of Spring Bank in Sparta, Wisconsin, and CEO of LaserMonks.com. Father studied at Thomas Aquinas College, where he also converted to Catholicism, and then later completed his theological studies at the University of Fribourg, and Collegeville, M i n n e s o t a , where he specialized in monastic spirituality and spiritual direction.
