@@VeolonMedia AUR works. There is an update, but you have to edit the build file with a new one that is already posted in the AUR. Pamac makes it super easy, but I'm sure it's also easy with pacman.
This was so much helpful. I was literally on the lookout for a good infograph creator, but unfortunately the software doesn't work in fedora. It install fine but doesn't open.
I didn't test that for very long but it didn't take up to much resources as all so it's probably fairly close to running without the VM. I can test that today and post results to Twitter.
Wont really recommend garuda for a beginner, as a beginner you can install it, but will have problems down the line. as its arch base and you need atleast some knowledge in using terminals for arch based distros. I would recommend you to start with debian/ubuntu based distro - like popos, zorin, etc.

Update after using it: In its free version, yep its packed with objects that can be used in creating diagrams, but it has 2 big problems like other Wondershare programs: 1) It limits saving options excessively and only can save as Edraw file (.eddx), image (.jpg, .png, .bmp, .tiff, .gif), .pdf, .ps, .eps and aside from those it requires a license; 2) Aside from the Edraw .eddx option, every other option has a shit ton of Edrawmax watermarks on it and makes the exported file useless, even printing has those damn watermarks. So far the easiest way of getting a clean export from Edrawmax I've found (apart from paying which I will not do as part of going Linux is to go with free software, not paid ones) is exporting to pdf then editing the pdf to delete all the watermarks, but that gets old fast when dealing with a multi page pdf. Overall, I do not like it and it may be better to try LibreOffice Draw or in my case go back to an older version of MS Visio.

How was the battery life of your M1 MacBook when you installed Ubuntu via UTM?
