A builder watching from Nigeria and fascinated by your videos. As for theft on site Ive had bags of cement stolen but especially wires. Discovered it tends to happen on busier sites so we try as much as possible to separate when one trade comes to work from another. With Electric coming up at the very end of the build. But then we do new builds so for renovations I don't know how feasible that would be

It's amazing since I have the exact old plaster on my house and was contemplating about chopping the old plaster and totally replastering, but this ITE product just saved me a whole lot of time and money😅. Theft cases on site are very common in Ghana too. We once got a tip-off about wood being thrown over our wall into a neighbour’s house. Apparently, our neighbour was an accomplice

It is nice to have found a SA based channel. What I really liked in the older videos is the cost breakdown. Can't wait to see the end result. Theft in SA is very bad. We own a plumbing business and work with a lot of copper pipe and fittings. Worst of all is that is our own employees stealing. It is just a never-ending story. Best of luck with the coming work
Theft is big because you pay workers peanuts, that why you don’t see a lot of poor white people getting hired to work on construction, it’s easier to exploit the blacks. Europe flippers do not have such a big staff because they can’t exploit people and make lots of money in the process.
