You would think this stigma that women of color who wear hair extensions are bald or have poor quality hair would have vanished by now, especially in the age of social media. WE KNOW WE HAVE BEAUTIFUL HAIR!!!! Sometimes less manipulation requires you to use false hair instead of your own. Sometimes we want to exaggerate our look. All women of all race, including Whites and Hispanics, love wearing extensions when it suits the look they are going for. Adult celebrities never wear their natural hair alone, they hair is thin and fried, especially for those who started off as child stars.
She’s clearly mixed so there’s literally no stigma around mixed women of color having long hair. Can unambiguous Bw stop trying to claim and lump themselves with us mixed race women??? And the only ppl I hear saying women of color not having long hair are other black ppl…
