This is me, charlez360, playing my tenor saxophone to Dido's song "Thank You." I know it's kind of an oldie, but it's definitely a goodie too. I enjoyed playing this so much. It relaxed me, and just chilled me out. After a long week of stress, this seems to be the perfect song to play. I also haven't had time to play saxophone in a while (couple weeks), so this was certainly a nice way to get back into the groove of things.
This song was requested/suggested by a fan on the official charlez360 Facebook page (link above), but it's also FOR all of my fans. Your kind (and constructive haha) comments on the videos, the channel, and the Facebook page make me feel so much better all the time. Whenever I feel down and out, or I give up on my music, I read the comments and I'm reminded why I should continue. I just want to thank you guys for all of the support and for sticking with me through everything over the days, months, and for some of you, years. Thank you.

I remember 10 years ago wondering what i wanted to do for an elective in middle school and i saw this video and chose to play sax. Went on to play outside of middle and high school, played competitively, for fun, with jazz bands, Rock, reggae, just jam.. Changed my entire life forever . thank YOU.

Was privately taught saxophone for over a decade. Put it down and it’s been probably close to 15 years. Your video inspired me to pick it up again. Just bought a Tenor Sax the other day and can’t wait to play!

It mainly depends on if you were made for it I wen't straight to Tenor and it's still fairly easy just takes some getting used to.
I play tenor sax and watching this makes me not want to give up on it and also what happened today. I am so proud of myself for getting where I am now. There's still a part in my mind that wants to quit but, there's also a part of me that doesn't want to because now every time I play it makes me think I would regret giving up . I guess I kinda found one of my passions even if it's hard sometimes I know I'm not a quitter.

It's the player. Nobody can tell you how to make 'the' sound. It's in your head.
The secret is to get the skill needed to get that head sound into the instrument.
For that you need a serious SERIOUS tutor.
