My erstwhile house-mate and band-mate Bob Black on banjo here. This recording is one that made me decide to devote a lot more time to bluegrass music. Kenny swings so hard that it’s hard to sit still and listen to this. A high water mark in bluegrass fiddle music!
Warren Hanlin- Swings hard and does it so smoothly. What a great combination of elements. He should have been a Dean at a roots music college over the fiddle dept.

Kenny Baker is one of those fiddlers where you know pretty much right away how special this guy is.
