ENG Foursome Marietta & Eleni Diakou

The idea of todays video came when Eleni Diakou and Marietta Diakou, my two oldest daughters 18 and 17 years old, played as a team at a foursome cup here in Hessen “Hessische Vierer Meisterschaft - 06.06.2022”, an area where I work as a golf teaching professional in Germany.
Allow me to make a small introduction for the two girls.
It is not exaggerated to say that they play golf since they started walking... as we were having them always with us on golf tournaments, golf trips and golf jobs. So in a very relaxing atmosphere they start loving the game. They improved a lot the last few years here in Germany, where I work as a teaching professional every summer at Praforst Golfclub, a 27 holes Golf-course close to Fulda and Hünfeld. Eleni is 3.6 Hcp and Marietta 0.2 Hcp. They are both members of the Greek National Team, they play for the Ladies Praforst Team in Hessen and they are supported by PAGES (Performance Academy Golf Education & Simulator) Club in Athens.
Eleni was recently with a scholarship at Lenoir Rhyne in North Carolina - America studying medicine and was part of the golf team. She improved a lot and came back much stronger! She will continue her medical studies in Athens as from September 2022. Marietta wants to follow the same path, but she has a great dream to play on the LPGA Tour. She is a hard worker and has our full support.
So the tournament was played at Friedberg GC. Starting off the 10th and a bit nervous, they manage to be 5 over par after the first 6 holes by making 3 times 3 putts. At that point we decided to video every shot in order to analyse their game and go through technical things in more details.
