I have been in Cebu for 24 hours now & haven’t been impressed since I got off the plane. No trikes allowed, phone not working for room service in my hotel at Harold’s, have to drive 45 mins - 1 hour to get to a beach, not a great night life compared to Angeles, & the weather has sucked. We will see what happens tonight but in my opinion lots of better places to go to for vacation in SE Asia than Cebu- this is just my opinion.
