Is Scotts Valley part of Silicon Valley?

Silicon Valley isn’t an actual place defined by borders that I know of. To answer your question, I’d say no, it isn’t. Someone might disagree with me though.

@@pblacklock Thanks. The reason I ask is that some guy who worked for Borland International (then in Scotts Valley) told me that he was happy to work in Silicon Valley-area's company
