Hello, our GC keeps doing a safety shutoff during this proccess, since it detects a leak due to only one end plugged in. do you know how to bypass this?

      Dear Sir,
I suppose you have a problem with low column flow rate during the column conditioning due to the leak.
When GC detects the column flow rate is lower than the set point while the oven temperature is running, GC will cool down the temperature to avoid column damage. You must find out where the leak problem occurs in order to solve this problem.

Hi, the most common temperature programming for column conditioning is shown in 3'18"~ 3'30". But it differs depending on columns. The best way is to follow the instruction in your column box. (The column conditioning guide should be included in your column box.)
