Would I be That Brave (Original)

Recorded 06/23/2024 at Fountain Hill Winery in Delano MN.
After seeing the movie Titanic, over 20 years ago I was really taken by the story of the musicians who just kept playing. They were trying to bring some calm and sanity to total chaos and the imminent ending to thousands of lives. I could not help but wonder, would I be as brave as them in the same situation? Would I be able to keep playing to calm people's fears when my own fears were just as strong as others? Hopefully, I will never be in the situation to find out for sure.
Anyhow, I wrote this to honor William Brailey, Roger Bricoux, John Clarke, Wallace Hartley, Jock Hume, Georges Krins, Percy Taylor and John Wesley Woodward all of whom died as they played "Nearer My God to Thee" when the ship went down.
