Cheque validity is 3 months not 6 months..It was told 6 months in video by mistake... Please correct it.
Before 2 or 3 years itz valid for 6 months but now it is valid for 3 months 😇

and Bill of Exchange is created by Creditor
Yeah and bill of exchange is created by creditor but cheque is created by payer so it's the difference between these two

Mam you have taught us promissory note are bearer instrument but mam sec 31 of the reserve bank of india act restricts issue of bearer promissory note because in the case of currency note above the denomination of RS 1 there is a promise by the governor, Reserve bank of india to pay a certain sum of money to the bearer on demand, and if other person were allowed to make similar promises the monopoly of the reserve bank for the prupose cannot be maintained. In view of this provision a promissory note payable to bearer will be invalid thus only an order promissory note can be issued

when a drawee gives a qualified acceptance, the holder may treat the instrument dishonored
