    Something to consider is that she only told about this once asked why she was scared. If that question was never asked, she may not have told about it now either. Also, remember Lori's maniacal laugh on the phone call with her son after he accused her of murder.

    Charles Vallow called the police. It didn’t save him. If Audrey called what does everyone think might happen? Nothing would happen. Charles called police, his truck was taken from the airport and then emptied the house. Did they save Charles? Nope.Audrey wasn’t hanging out with everyone everyday. She barely knew Lori.

      Between this case, Idaho and now those kids killed in Oklahoma, I was full last night. Mad mood and very snarky…lol. I know he’s doing his job and want her to have a defense. I believe in that for many reasons. I just couldn’t take that attorney last night. Our children are being attacked more than ever and he’s trying to make it sound like her and Lori were best friends or something.
      Thanks everyone here that agreed with me. It really validated my thoughts. I’m sure many women can relate to a friend they have and once you get to knowing them, you decide I can’t get along with this person anymore. Women typically have pretty good intuition. As women we see things differently than men. We are constantly thinking about our safety with just about everything we do. I think after what she was seeing, plus the threat, she probably stayed the night there uncomfortably. I wouldn’t want to just walk out after something like that. She sensed it was a real threat not just someone saying I am going to kill you in a funny jokey manner. I’ve told my husband I’m going to kill in laughter joking kinds of way. We’ve all done that. This was different. It was real. My door would have been locked all night. Probably a piece of furniture in front of it. Then leave the next day like everything is awesome. Of course she was terrified and I have great empathy for her lying to the court. I wish she hadn’t because Lori needed to be indicted . Luckily she was with all the evidence. Lying could of set Lori free. I’m surprised they let her tell that story because it is here-say.

    I think it was a real threat and that she wasn't going to tell anyone anything until she was sure the cult was disbanded and Lori couldn't follow through on the threat. Keep in mind, at this very time, she's in Idaho to pay her respects to Tammy's family. She knew that moment that her life was in very real danger and I absolutely believe that if Lori somehow is found not guilty, she will live in genuine and legitimate fear for her safety. She sounds utterly terrified on that stand.

    I definitely believed this woman’s testimony & the fact that Lori (allegedly) threatened “to do away with her”, (my words), etc. This woman still seems devastated by the threats. Lori starring her down in court will not bode well for Lori’s defense, if the jury took notice. Lori is still delusional if she thinks she’s has any control of anyone else’s life or death.

    With regard to Audrey's testimony about Lori's threat, she may not have mentioned it during the grand jury testimony because there was the possibility that Chad or Lori or both could be out on bail and Lori could still carry out her threat. Kudos to Audrey for standing her ground. It's not easy when you're surrounded by religious zealots. There is an intense amount of pressure and judgement in religious groups like this. Especially ones that like to "publicize" how religious and holy and pious they think they are. They want your admiration, not defiance. If a group of people is praying aloud, there is an overwhelming amount of pressure to play along. If you don't, you risk being judged by everyone in that group, who will then pass that information on to someone else. "This person didn't pray with us! They must evil". News like that will travel to a leader, who will find you and corner you and grill you about why your faith is wavering. No doubt Audrey was considered a Dark person after she defied Lori/Chad. She sounds very similar to Zelu in character -- meek, easily swayed, etc. They tried the same tactics with Audrey that they used on Zelu, except it didn't work this time. I don't know what they'll do about her 'out burst'. She isn't the only person who was afraid of Lori/Alex, and didn't say anything. As for Lori intensely staring, she probably thinks she was cursing Audrey, or trying to intimidate the 'dark spirit' that now inhabits her body. "I see you demon! You can't fool me!". Maybe she'll be 'casting' in her cell tonight.

    • @harrietbass7084
      @harrietbass7084 Рік тому +1

      Lori had threatened to kill Charles if he got in her way of her mission. He told the police that on camera. She’s not the only one that she threatened to kill. She admitted on a podcast that she wanted to kill Joseph Ryan. She’s been talking about killing people before she met chad. Alex had already tried to kill Joseph Ryan and spent time in jail for it. She’s not this innocent nice mother and wife that people thinks that she was. Why don’t they play the video of Charles saying that she threatened to kill him and the podcast of her saying that she was going to kill joe Ryan? She’s been evil for a long time before she met chad.

  • @debralwoods
    @debralwoods Рік тому +30

    Lori totally manipulated this woman, and thought so little of her, except to use her, that she didn't even bother to explain what casting was, and she could tell she was gullible, knew she would cave if told anyone needed her help, and they used her to be an alibi, that Chad had her so mesmerized by his flattery about her past lives and light ranking etc - he could get her to agree to anything. She is the exact opposite type of person than Lori, and quietly left the room several times, then when Lori saw she was losing her, she showed her true colors and threatened her so bad she would never tell anyone. That is why she didn't mention it in the grand jury. The miracle is that she finally had the courage to tell the whole story.

    Im from UK & i believe Audrey. The fear of having someone say that even if said in humour would be scary! Loris reaction aswell makes me believe Audrey spoke truth. Sounds to me that Audrey was still scared to come out with it but was relieved to say it out loud. She has kept it bottled up & im sure that on hearing what had happened to Tylee then the words Lori used.. cut up & buried struck a cord & she felt she had to say something! I believe her. Fear can stop you from saying anything for years. I was drugged with a date rape drug & taken to a flat. Luckily the offender offered to drop me home. I came too & told him to drop me off away from my house. I realised his tac tic was to act like it was a one night stand & by acting calm he woukd get away with it. Once his car disappeared i ran home, scrubbed myself clean & never told anyone out of fear. He was a very large man. I dyed my hair a different colour & my personality changed. I kept it secret due to fear & i felt if i told police he would come & find me. I had no threat from him but i was still very scared. I told the police 16 years later when i kept having panic attacks & getting upset for no reason. They found him but there wasnt enough evidence to go to court. I felt he got away with it. He admitted he had a red car he used for work same he took me to his flat! So i believe Audrey. It must have veen very scary for Audrey to see lori laughing & then come out with something so sinister. Even more scary to sit in court & tell tgis to everyone with Lori staring right at you. Audrey is very brave. 🙏❤️ Justice for the victims 🙏❤️

    Defense attorney's attack backfired. Audrey gained credibility and gave additional damning details. "She brought up being at the scene watching someone take their last breaths." " If you ever tell anyone, I'll come and find you in the dark of night." Audrey deserves a medal for her bravery.

    I hate to question her, as it is completely plausible Lori would do and say these things BUT when she was testifying.. how she said it, very detailed, smooth, almost rehearsed. If I were a juror in totality, seeing all of the evidence I would ultimately believe her. Without the whole picture I can see the hesitation to believe.
