You videos are really useful thank you so much! Can you also do videos on advantages of taking insurance from India vs Netherlands and also the DUO loans and student grants available in NL? Thanks!
Hi, really informative content. I hope you are doing good. But isn't this information contradicting? I read that either you can work part-time throughout the year OR full-time during the holidays(summer)?
Can i get a work visa without getting a job at X compnay. I can say i am doing freelance. do they actualy add hours in pay slip. how do they know how many hours i worked how do they track that
Your employer will file for your work permit. So you can get a work visa only if you have a job. Your work hours will be mentioned in the work permit, check that carefully. Your work hours are logged using some kind of check-in and check-out system. To freelance, you will have to give your employer an invoice under your own name(or your company's name). Also, not all employers want a freelancer.
They say you need to choose 16 hours to work or work unlimited hours during the holiday But according your video , we can work for 16 hours per week and work unlimited hrs during the holiday Is my understanding correct ? could you explain more on these please
Just watched couple of your videos...they are good and informative...keep up the good work. Have a question - have been told that the average cost of living would be about €1100-1200 per month. In my calculation, should I multiply this cost by 9 or 10 or 12 to arrive at the annual cost?
Saurabh Is it safe to come this year in Groningen? Is there any possibility of getting part time jobs this year?? really helpful if you could ans early.
Hi Promila, the situation in the Netherlands is getting better. Use the following link to get updated information on the Corona situation. This is the official public health government site: www.rivm.nl/en/novel-coronavirus-covid-19/current-information-about-novel-coronavirus-covid-19 Regarding the part-time jobs, of course, the possibilities are less compared to three months ago. The market has taken a hit. Currently, supermarkets, online food delivery services and similar essential places are open and you can try for a part-time job here.
When Harshil worked at Jumbo, she was paid double if she worked on Sundays and other holidays like Christmas. So yes, some companies follow this payment system.
if i am doing freelance and the amount is paid to my indian account then i dont need to worry right, also if i have like some income from app say 100 euro in my indian account. do i realy need to show anything. Also tell me about the tax, my friends made me scared when they said 33% tax is deducted for any kind of work.
To freelance, you will have to give your employer an invoice under your own name(or your company's name). To produce this invoice, you will have to register yourself with the Dutch government who will need you to have a Dutch bank account. Taxes are very high in the Netherlands.
@@SparkleTogether i just read an article if i give them an invoice as a business the VAT is 21% in NL. for any service or product sold and tax file separately. but 14% of profit is non taxable. i think salary is better
Hi Rajeev! This is a very valid question. There is no limit for freelancing. But it is advised that during a full-time study programme, you should not work more than 16hrs a week because it gets very difficult to manage your studies.
Hi! What if your not a student and you just want to build a job and education on a internship? I would like to move to Holland and do a internship since I cant afford uni.
Hello dear, I'm Mihir singh thakur. I have a query about account and taxation course enrollment in Netherlands university so please guide me which is best for me. Thank you.
Hi There, loved the way every thing explained in such sensible way. Nice to see you both doing good. I am working in an MNC and I am into volunteering as well. I want to join masters in renewable energy in holland can u please share the scope in this field. I want to know how and where to apply. Would love to see how to start the processing for Holland.. Keep Sparkling...
Hi Amman, thank you for your comment. It took us some time to reply to your query because we have our professional background in computers. But we did some research on your programme and found out that this field is very much in demand. The Dutch government is keen to invest in sustainable energy plans and their decision of implementing a "doughnut economy" further solidifies this approach. Thus, needless to say, that this is a very lucrative field. But since this field involves a lot of communication to understand the local terrain, it would help you a lot if you learn some Dutch. So do that, grow your Dutch network and you will be fine. Also, here are some good links for you :) www.uu.nl/masters/en/energy-science/career-prospects delftsea.nl/job/ www.euroenergyjobs.com/job_search/category/renewable_energy/location/netherlands www.tudelft.nl/en/education/programmes/masters/sustainable-energy-technology/msc-sustainable-energy-technology/career-prospects/

Is it true that during Christmas/summer breaks or if we work on weekends the wage per hour is double or slightly higher than usual?
