      opponents are going give her a cardio workout she ain't going like.

      Her form is fine but once her training partner picked up the pace Paula looked kinda stiff and off balanced on those groundstrokes. She looked easily fatigued as well could just be the heat. Whoever her training partner was they weren't taking it easy and working Paula out. That's very concerning going against top competition who aren't there to practice.

    i like how in the slow mo you can see her off hand turn the racquet head ever so slightly depending on if she’s hitting a forehand or backhand. as someone relatively new to tennis and just learned this concept myself, it’s very neat!

    • @Osnosis
      @Osnosis Рік тому +1

      Yes, you want the hitting hand to be as loose/relaxed as possible. Carry the racquet with the off-hand, not contracting the forearm of the hitting arm.

    Gotta be honest, she's obviously in great shape, yet her strokes look to me a little uncomfortable. Her torso leans this way and that at each contact moment, hinting to me that her shots will scatter and be inconsistent.

    • @larontezmoore3313
      @larontezmoore3313 Рік тому +1

      Yeah Badosa looks like she's practicing stiff like cardboard. Plus she looked to be easily fatigued even in practices she's got stamina problems at such a young age. Could just be the sun and there's no telling how long they've been working her. Either her training partner is good or Badosa is practicing that bad. However, I remember her match against Tomljanovic at Cincinnati Tomljanovic wore Badosa out and everytime the camera was on Badosa she was bent over and looked out of it.

    • @carlosenriquecastellanoizq7724
      @carlosenriquecastellanoizq7724 Рік тому +9

      Muy buena observación, es un reflejo de su mente, tiene problemas de concentración y se esta torturando así misma con la presión, en el entreno no sufre. Cuando entra al partido tendrá tanto en la cabeza, que su disposición en la pista cambia… deja de estar lista y agresiva, para estar más defensiva y tratar de pegarle más duro de lo que realmente puede para acabar el punto y el sufrimiento pronto. En tenis los golpes reciben energía del proceso cinético que comienza desde los pies hasta la punta de la raqueta, pasando por cada articulación q debe conducir la energía como un látigo. Cuando tensas una parte del cuerpo, sea la muñeca, o el brazo por q estás molesto y quieres producir extra fuerza, sueles romper con la fluidez del movimiento, aíslas las partes. Obtienes un producto de fuerza mucho menos eficiente, eso se nota bastante en el golf, tennis, y otros deportes donde tienes que hacer swing a una herramienta

    Hmmm...she is reaching back to much, if she keeps her racket more in front of her she would use more of her hips and legs as she swing her racket. Result would be more compact and more powerful hitting.

    • @larontezmoore3313
      @larontezmoore3313 Рік тому

      Yeah her reaching back makes her off balanced and stiff. You can tell she was uncomfortable. She's doing too much while doing too little with the rest of her body. She's exerting too much energy doing that. She looked tired just doing practice groundstrokes. That would explain her recent struggles to keep up with opponents. She uses too much energy early.

    Paula Badosa is young, has a great physique and is very attractive. She looks like a star tennis player but recently she's shown to be all looks. One match that concerned me was her match against Tomljanovic at the Cincinnati Masters. She has no stamina Tomljanovic was wearing Paula's ass out. Paula physically looked fatigued the whole match. She's too young to be getting tired that quickly.

    • @larontezmoore3313
      @larontezmoore3313 Рік тому

      Badosa is stiff nowadays even in practice. She's lacking in mobility and stamina. Paula seemed easily fatigued just doing those ground strokes could be the heat and honestly we don't know how long they were working her. Either way she still lacks in mobility and Stamina. Her match against Tomljanovic at Cincinnati was the perfect example. After winning the first set Paula was cooked and tired. Paula could've retired the match right then but didn't. Tomljanovic took advantage and made Paula wish she should've retired. That match was hard to watch because outside the first set it wasn't even close Paula got her butt kicked. She needs more than just dance lessons.

      Based on your premise, a successful player cannot have a significant other. So foolish and misogynistic to assume that. I bet you would not say that about a male player. We all need balance in our lives and how do you know that he is not giving her space? For a moment IMAGINE IF THE GREATS, Novak, Rafa, Roger, Maria, Serena, Steffi , Chrissie and all the others had no significant other during their careers. Players cannot have all tennis. That would really mess with the mind. These players have needs just like the rest of us. I think you are just jealous she has a hunky guy who likes being there for her and is part of her team for better and worse. He was there when she was winning as well.
