She needs to work on her stamina you can tell she gets tired very quickly. That's not good Paula's opponents are going give her a cardio workout she ain't going like.
Always more BADOSA! haha love her service motion and her kickazz game when she is dominating. Great job on the filming and slo mo editing 12kgp, perfect for us Tennis addicts
Her form is fine but once her training partner picked up the pace Paula looked kinda stiff and off balanced on those groundstrokes. She looked easily fatigued as well could just be the heat. Whoever her training partner was they weren't taking it easy and working Paula out. That's very concerning going against top competition who aren't there to practice.
i like how in the slow mo you can see her off hand turn the racquet head ever so slightly depending on if she’s hitting a forehand or backhand. as someone relatively new to tennis and just learned this concept myself, it’s very neat!
Yes, you want the hitting hand to be as loose/relaxed as possible. Carry the racquet with the off-hand, not contracting the forearm of the hitting arm.
She needs to work on her stamina you can tell she's gets gassed very easily. It could be the heat but you can tell they are going light on her but she still looks easily fatigued which isn't good for her age.
Gotta be honest, she's obviously in great shape, yet her strokes look to me a little uncomfortable. Her torso leans this way and that at each contact moment, hinting to me that her shots will scatter and be inconsistent.
Yeah Badosa looks like she's practicing stiff like cardboard. Plus she looked to be easily fatigued even in practices she's got stamina problems at such a young age. Could just be the sun and there's no telling how long they've been working her. Either her training partner is good or Badosa is practicing that bad. However, I remember her match against Tomljanovic at Cincinnati Tomljanovic wore Badosa out and everytime the camera was on Badosa she was bent over and looked out of it.
Hmmm...she is reaching back to much, if she keeps her racket more in front of her she would use more of her hips and legs as she swing her racket. Result would be more compact and more powerful hitting.
Yeah her reaching back makes her off balanced and stiff. You can tell she was uncomfortable. She's doing too much while doing too little with the rest of her body. She's exerting too much energy doing that. She looked tired just doing practice groundstrokes. That would explain her recent struggles to keep up with opponents. She uses too much energy early.
Vids don’t do justice to the noise these hits produce. It’s literally visceral, like a huge drum being hit right beside you. It goes right through you.
Paula Badosa is young, has a great physique and is very attractive. She looks like a star tennis player but recently she's shown to be all looks. One match that concerned me was her match against Tomljanovic at the Cincinnati Masters. She has no stamina Tomljanovic was wearing Paula's ass out. Paula physically looked fatigued the whole match. She's too young to be getting tired that quickly.
There are rumors that Stefanos has given up Badosa because her thighs are getting bigger and bigger. She probably trains them for several hours every day...
Kind of to rigid for being a young player and a woman........no natural grace......She needs to take some dancing practice as part of her physsical prep.
Badosa is stiff nowadays even in practice. She's lacking in mobility and stamina. Paula seemed easily fatigued just doing those ground strokes could be the heat and honestly we don't know how long they were working her. Either way she still lacks in mobility and Stamina. Her match against Tomljanovic at Cincinnati was the perfect example. After winning the first set Paula was cooked and tired. Paula could've retired the match right then but didn't. Tomljanovic took advantage and made Paula wish she should've retired. That match was hard to watch because outside the first set it wasn't even close Paula got her butt kicked. She needs more than just dance lessons.
Based on your premise, a successful player cannot have a significant other. So foolish and misogynistic to assume that. I bet you would not say that about a male player. We all need balance in our lives and how do you know that he is not giving her space? For a moment IMAGINE IF THE GREATS, Novak, Rafa, Roger, Maria, Serena, Steffi , Chrissie and all the others had no significant other during their careers. Players cannot have all tennis. That would really mess with the mind. These players have needs just like the rest of us. I think you are just jealous she has a hunky guy who likes being there for her and is part of her team for better and worse. He was there when she was winning as well.

Her serve is so beautiful
Great piano skill!

I've seen her live practices. Always great to watch her perfect form and strokes.

im perfecting a few strokes myself......
Beautiful technique and footwork
First, Badosa is physically stunning in every way. Second, although she has a huge forehand, she rarely uses it.
@JesusLovesMe But Are you hinting anything about the feminity of Paula? Stop saying silly things please.
Mentaly weak
Thoroughbred with quality movement!
What a great player!
Great technique. Very strong 💪🏻

If you blur your eyes, its Sharapova...same toss, ground strokes and similar posture and face and court style.
Keeps her head still really well.
PB ❤
Fantastic video !
Badonka 🥵
Her mechanics are amazing! 🤔
I only clicked to see the technical aspects:)
Excellent footwork and intensity.
I need to start in a tennis group tomorrow, asap! i love tennis.
Bad-assa!
Bravo!
*Why Badosa is absent today on US Open?*
Thanks for badosa. If you could also upload muguruza it would be great
He had his time in the spotlight, and he is not doing well, why upload Muguruza? No one cares about how awful that one is
Nice angle shot! (the camera, of course)
ow yeah baby, hit that ball! yeaaaaaah :D
Badosa y Nadal... Spanish phisical Kyborgs. Alcaraz too, of course, the future.
Nice strokes...tight, technically sound, better than many women on the modern wta tour right now.
She needs to work on her stamina you can tell she's gets gassed very easily. It could be the heat but you can tell they are going light on her but she still looks easily fatigued which isn't good for her age.
very good shots👍

Paola Badassa
When will she be hitting the pickleball tour?
WOW
I am practicing my strokes
What a beautiful stroke, and body. And face. 🔥
Hope Paula wins a grand slam some day
Good technique!
❤
Needs more rotation .
She has a great physique. Also pretty lady.
Not bad..look at Alexander Toth in Znojmo Czech.rep.
DOes she not miss???
She definitely missed some of those groundstrokes. Look how stiff she was but they cut out mistakes for most tennis players in practice.
That is one unit of a woman
Es curioso... en los partidos no da esos saltitos que reactivan el cuerpo y lo mantienen alerta !!! Ojalá vuelva a la senda !!!

A ver si se concentra este proximo año solo en tenis si no a dar bajadas por el circuito
Looks like she needs to go through the ball more on her backhand
She's built like a tank.
Compared to Sharapova practice intensity, this new generation of WTA girls look tired and sorry.
