I have that Medicom RAH Spawn and yes all of the capes flake. It's unavoidable after all these years. So I actually picked up a custom wired 1/6 scale Spawn cape and now it looks amazing :) I would highly suggest doing that, otherwise, the paint on the cape is just going to keep flaking off badly. Great price though for sure!

That Batcave is from Hasbro because they bought Kenner in the late 90s. They stopped using the Kenner brand a few years after the buyout.
