basically u have to have the original email that set up the account to apply, which is my email. The hacker changed it and changed my authentication. Once roblox sees this they will ask you for like evidence and stuff and i was able to reclaim it. This might not be clear enough as i did have a lot of help from my friends and stuff, but if you have any more questions feel free to ask!

I got hacked too tried logging in i would put my my password but na but i would heres why: so i was playing a game with my friends it was all normal till it said same acc launched i thiught this was a glitch so i just left and tell my friends i had a glitch but NO i got logged out and my password was changed.. i tried but then i started crying my family member gave me fast food to cheer me up, then later they changed my clothes and stuff then later i came in for a suprise (later i mean 1 year) it got deleted... still said to this day.
