Its a brilliant idea, the investor becomes a virtual royalty streamer. It would be critical for the counter party to be a good quality miner to mitigate 3rd party risk. I would not want the miner to be financially on the edge of bankruptcy so a bond should be with a tier 2 or tier 1 miner ideally. Maybe even have a rating agency rate each bond issuance.
