Hi, in this video I have shared a simple but special recipe of Kochur Loti or Taro Stolon which I have learned from my mother. This 'Roshun diye kochur loti' or 'taro stolon with garlic' recipe is very easy, quick and requires few easily available ingredients. Kochur Loti recipes are very popular in Bengali dishes.We should follow some techniques to cook this versatile vegetable to avoid itching of throat. I have shown the technique which I have learned from my mother. Every family has their own recipe which is special and exclusive. Hope you all will like it.

Ingredients:
Kochur Loti/ Taro Stolon- 1 bundle/500 gm
For boiling Taro Stolon:
Salt- 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - half tsp
For Cooking:
Mustard Oil- 3-4 tbsp
Black Cumin Seeds - half tsp
Garlic - 20-25 cloves
Green Chilli - 5
Turmeric Powder - half tsp
Sugar - half tsp
Salt - to taste/ half tsp
