Conversando Sobrado. No âmbito da prática “Convívios no local e além”, condição para um trabalho que envolve habitar e cultivar diferentes conversas com comunidades físicas e simbólicas ligadas ao Sobrado, e articulações que delas derivam, a arquiteta e proprietária Isabel Kanan, dialogou com o arqueólogo, amigo e colega Rossano Bastos, em março de 2024.
A ideia com este curto vídeo, foi relembrarmos um momento do Sobrado, quando retiramos as amostras do reboco da parede de estuque.
Resgatar o sentimento de estar naquele espaço que estava em transformação. As amostras e o vídeo que fizemos na época se perderam. Ficaram poucas imagens que ajudam a contextualizar nossa fala. A nossa conversa não tem intuito de um olhar científico-conceitual. É apenas uma breve conversa entre amigos colegas contanto um pouco daqueles dias, sem querer esgotar o assunto.

Conversing Sobrado. As part of the "Convivialities on and beyond site" practice, condition for work that involves inhabiting and cultivating different conversations with physical and symbolic communities connected with the Sobrado house, and articulations that derive from them, architect and owner Isabel Kanan, engaged in dialogue with archeologist, friend and colleague Rossano Bastos, in March 2024.
The idea with this short video, was to remember a moment in the house, when we took samples of the plaster from the stucco wall.
To recover the feeling of being in that space, that was undergoing transformation. The samples and video we made at the time were lost. There are a few images left that help contextualize our talk. Our conversation is not intended to be scientific-conceptual. It's just a brief conversation between friends colleagues sharing a little about those days, without wanting to exhaust the subject.
