Love the new kit updates. If you were local to me I'd be spending my allowance weekly in the shop.

I have the new T-72 moderna kit and it fits like a dream. Side note it’s actually an experimental design that was never adopted by Slovakia

I didn't realise the Germans were playing around with the idea of using tilt rotor technology toward the end of the war, something which decades later would brings us the Bell-Boeing V-22 Osprey into service, which I see here in Darwin everyday during the dry months. The Focke-Achgelis Fa 269 was another concept design based on the idea of the P.1003/1, that never saw the light of day as a pure defence fighter.

The Wesser P1003/1 is not something I expected to see in conventional, injection molded kit form! The first I heard of this Paleo-VTOL project was in a 2006 book by Zack Parsons titled, "My Tank Is Fight!" Mr. Parsons devoted an entire chapter to this questionable project in his book, where it was envisioned as a transport for elite troops. I suspect we'll be seeing a lot of these built-up at contests - on their own, and in dioramas - in the not too distant future . . . .
