It’s ok. But the deal breaker is that it has a magnet and if you are going to use it in the field it may affect your compass. As an urban carry it’s ok.
I carry a separate uv light so I can use it while still having a white or red light headlight on. I blaze trails in the forest using flagging tape (pink) that really glows under uv so the separate torch aids me on seeing them at night better.

At minimum a perfect flashlight has user replaceable batteries. This way you will never be left in the dark. This gadget seems to be more of a toy.
