On the way to take my Nursing school admissons test today, I heard this song on the radio and cried.. I knew he would help me pass.... got my scores as soon as I was done..and I passed!!! You should try the rosary at the beginning of every day first thing to start your day. Our Lady helped us so much with the same issue to stay faithful in Family Planning. Also running/going for a brisk jog at the start of any temptation and doing readings or listening with earbuds to prayerful readings targeted to combat lust while you run. I heard a wise saying from a priest that helped me: “Don’t have a conversation with temptation”. The sooner you eliminate an urge, the easier it is in that moment. Sharing this as it is what I found helped us.
