Oh this takes me back . I remember this so much it was where my love of horror started at a young age as a kid in Flint Mi in the 80’s channel 50 had pretty much everything weekday morning cartoons and after school Saturday mornings leading up to this . And kung fu theater on sundays God I miss them day . Oh and don’t forget Count Scary in October . The grand old days may be gone but they are never forgotten.
Man this Saturday Shocker intro freaked the hell out of me as a kid, especially that scream and the screen turning blood red. Looking at it now as an adult, it’s nowhere near as scary as I thought.
This was scarier than anything I seen this past Halloween 2024 ....... Now I would have been 12 when this was on in '84 and would have been sleeping on the floor in my parents room lol
As a kid in the 80s, I was freaked out by the Saturday Shocker ads and films.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. 😂
Didn't know this was inside my head, yet I anticipated the yell at the end. Brain unlocked. Thank you.
Exact same !

Was the scene with the green eyed creatures surrounding the girl on the table from Battlestar Galactica?
@@ezrabartee4126 yes

does anyone know the name of that music that's playing in this video?
I wish I knew
I thought it was from the Logan's Run soundtrack!
What is the name of the movie at the 10 second mark?
The one with rats? Willard. Revenge of the Stepford Wives is right after that
@@rijir1654 Thank You very much.
Does anyone have the intro for creature feature same station before it was turned to Saturday shocker ?
I’ve been searching for that one
The Great Train Robbery isn't a horror movie.
It's not. It's being advertised as "TV50's Movie Greats", which was a different movie series.
@@djmoch1001 A-ha. Burnt Offerings is one of my fav films.
