A lot of people (mostly newer fans) that are getting overhyped and such need to take a step back and appreciate the recovery that Asian CS has undergone, I never thought this day would come that the region would produce a top 10 team after the hell years post-COVID and Valorant, bright days for the region o7
Honestly I did think the region was dying a slow death from 2020 onwards, but Mongolz have done a lot to turn that narrative around. Agree that the future is looking brighter than ever.
One of the best episodes in a while, and the recent ones have been great too This and talking counter are the two podcasts im always looking forward to
TeaTime has really good point. Liquid and Complexity have not won anything for last 2 years. Nothing. You can argue asian teams can beat NA teams, but they dont get a chance to compete. It is just something Valve should consider.
Things are going suspiciously well across the entire region. What Maaraa has done with mzinho is incredible, giving him these anchor positions and lurking roles has really helped him to develop. Tyloo attempting to create a roster with the 4 best chinese riflers is promising. (its also a very cncs solution, just add more firepower) The slot distribution is also an awkward topic but atleast the Mongolz are becoming good enough to directly qualify without taking the AS open qual spots.
Hope to see Asian CS (and by extension OCE) rise in 2025 with the abolishment of partner teams. CS needs to be truly global and can only become stronger with growth in regions like ours
Praying to see more B, A and even S tier tourneys being hosted in NA, SA, Asia and Oceanic regions since come 2025-2026 we're gonna see a whole load of new TOs and teams join the scene 🙏
rumors spread that after getting 1 win mongols threw the jonkoping event, since the esl slot is already granted for them and no reason stay in sweden anymore. is it possible?
they'd have to hopefully be in asia in time for the one qualifer that asia gets. blast is the worst tier 1 circuit at the moment by far, all the while dead teams like c9 and og get to play every cycle purely because their org pays blast for a partnership.
Mongolz is definitely all time best asian team. Nobody is talking about how s1mple 1.6 played but he is still the goat. Mongolz is done so much more than tyloo and any other asian team did before. Bleh sound so blah blah
I'm not happy with everything OfficialBleh says. He claims Mongolz aren't close to being the best Asian CS:GO team, but consider prime Tyloo-they achieved their highest world ranking of 12 on July 30th, 2018. Now, Mongolz are even ranked 11th /HLTV/, 6th /Valve/ globally. Does he even take these facts into account?
Tyloo was rank 10 in August 2018. Regardless though, he did say Monoglz are the best team of CS:GO -> CS2 era. Only that they are not the best of all time.

Pretty excited even HLTV confirmed talking about Mongolz. As a Mongolian, i am really proud what they are doing and hope they will do well.
Definitely shaping the narrative for ASIAN CS
Question to you Zori, how big is CS/MongolZ in Mongolia
@@ElfishguyAUS It is just Mongolian CS.

Avarage age of 19, Mzinho is 16. Yes, mentality wise they choke sometimes, you saw it vs VP. Mongolz has bright future.

Throwing teatime under the bus on a broken shower drain. Ouch 😂
South Korean 1.6 teams still achieved much more than what current MongolZ did it's just a simple fact
what did they achieve i never seen any sk esport team that did well xD other than maybe overwatch or other bullshit game xD
Tea time, time for tea

?????? I am literally a fan of the Mongolz team since before they even were called IHC. I'm probably their biggest fan in the English speaking world.
