I LOVE THE Tiffin Vanleigh Beacon 41LKB!!! My brother makes Tiffin cabinets! This is my retirement FAVORITE!!!
Was hoping to see the smaller Avenue 30rls. PLEASE.
Matt and Wil will review it tomorrow on Matt’s RV Towables!
The valor is awesome
These were all great thank you!!
Thanks.
Loved the L shaped couch
Will be going over show prices?
Great video!
Waited till the end for the toy hauler... thanks
Awesome, thanks for watching!
Awesome
People were walking faster than the golf cart. Hahaha cute
Haws the Quality Salem cruise lite
So those are definitely more of an entry level travel trailer, so not the greatest quality but it will be lighter in weight and at a lower price point. All pros and cons!
Is it good for a upgrade from a coachmen clipper 17BH to a Salem cruise lite 263BHXL
Jen I'm your biggest fan.. you do a super job... Your real in your videos
Thank you so much! 😃
Thanks a ton guys for an awesome video.
Thank you for watching! 😃
I am a newbie, but where we are parking has a beautiful view. So I would prefer the kitchen sink facing out the back window. 🤷
I love the reviews. I am seriously looking into getting an RV and head lean towards the toy haulers do to the bunkbeds seeming to be challenging for adults and teenagers and grandma‘s getting in and out of. The review of the one with the queen bunks/ room… Had me reconsidering this type of RV. I have an adult son with special needs that this would be perfect for! Then again the last review of the toy hauler has me going back to that. It wasn’t addressed but wondering if those beds were the remote kind where are the bench seats would help bring down the top bunk. (I wonder if that is now standard?). I like the idea of the half bathroom to minimize traffic in and out when hanging outside.
Definitely a new subscriber
Jen, ditch the coffee cup please.
Like the video.
Please please add the model numbers for future videos.
I have owned a few rv’s & boats over the years & the one thing I have learned is they all need maintenance & things will break.
The construction is paramount this includes QA/QC & I felt a lot of companies are lacking in that aspect.
The electricial & HVAC duct work have been the least thought out, the wiring is a jumbled mess & the flexible 4” “dryer” vent duct work.
I have changed out many of duct work to rigid main with very short branch to registers.
The other issue I see is the mechanical in the under space is not protected from shifting loads, I feel there needs to be a “divider” or a cover over the plumbing manifold, vacuum communication devices.
Rear kitchens are not fun and I have experienced this for the past 6 years. Think about where the "bounce" is in any fifth wheel, behind the rear wheels. So everything in the cabinets is shifting all over and you have to be ready to catch when you open them after being on the road. If you are parking it at a dedicated spot, go for it. But if you plan to travel and still want to do a lot of cooking, I highly suggest a front kitchen. I absolutely hate travel days because of my rear kitchen.
Nice video. Could you take a look at the Riverstone 5th wheels and provide a review?
Would love to see what Riverstones are there. Thanks
Thanks, Ken! We won’t have time to review one at the show but Wil and Matt will definitely review one soon on Matt’s RV Reviews Towables.
I love toy hauler concepts
Great job guys ... Cheers
Thank you! 😃
Did y'all happen to go into the Jayco Seismic Alpha
Loved the video Wil & Jen, you have a winning combination of information and you make it fun. Great work.
Thanks so much!
I would like to see the tall test if there is a kitchen bump out. So have Will stand as if he was prepping food and see if his forehead is against the wood at the top of the bump out. Hope I explained it ok.
GREAT job! Definitely tons to consider when shopping a 5th Wheel! THANK YOU!
We really like the Alliance but we are concerned with the AC units being direct dump, just how noisy are they?
Can you tell us
Thanks for the video
you need to stop into the lance area and check out the Lance 2465 i believe it's called besides the really nice truck campers
We did check out Lance today in the travel trailers but didn’t get to their truck campers.
What's the prices?
Thanks guys! Always love how your videos are designed for all types of buyers!
Thank you so much!
Good morning jen
Good morning!
Hi Wil & Jen!
Which is the shortest 5th wheel with a full wall-length closet that you've come across? Thanks.
Where is Matt RV
Still on UA-cam!
Yes, more tall.
Currently have a Grand Design, looking to stay with them or maybe Montana, Alliance, or Van Leigh
Those are all great options! If you want to talk with Wil in more details about it, send us an email at wilandjenknowles@gmail.com
I came to your video to see the Alliance Avenue bunkhouse. Y'all are currently the only ones to share this out on UA-cam, so thank you. I am a little bummed that Alliance puts the bunk house into the cheaper category and then does things like put the propane/electric fridge instead of the 12-volt fridge. or the smaller oven and stove. I wonder if they went from 3 air conditioners down to 2.
at any rate, thanks Wil and Jen for sharing this with us, we appreciate y'all.
Nice!! Would love to see the Avenue 30rls also!!
Matt and Wil are going to go live tomorrow and take a look at all the Avenues!
Hi there!!!! I have a question! I see you guys were in a golf cart… this will be our first rv show and wondering if we can bring ours or if they are for rent there at giant Center? Thanks for info!!
Great job you two! I especially like the on with the big bunks (queen?)! Great for those teenagers that are still willing to hang with parents or when traveling with friends.
Yes, that’s a great floor plan!
Wow, so many new floor plans, great job. You guys are so adorable.
Thank you so much!
Great videos guys, not sure what's going on with Matt but his videos aren't nearly as good as yours are at this show. I am 6'8" tall as well and something I have been searching for is a front bedroom/bathroom that is tall enough so we can go to a rear kitchen set up. We have a solitude 379fls which has very tall ceilings throughout the front is a little low but mostly sitting up there and not standing.
Hi Darin, it’s very hard for him to get good videos at the show because of how busy it is. Matt and Wil were very busy recording before the show though and those videos will be coming out soon. It is very hard to find something with tall ceilings throughout the entire 5th wheel.
@@itsjenknowles Thanks, I understand its busy but the lack of key information like show pricing especially when it is shown on the side of the units or in the units is hard to understand why its not being pointed out. Or even finding out what actual owners paid at the show being that you all are independent now that kind of information would be very valuable to people looking to buy (I understand this kind of information would be difficult to get but it would be very valuable something you all could even charge for). If you do happen to review a 5th wheel with a front bedroom/bathroom that would be tall enough for someone 6'8" it would be awesome to know that so we can put it on our list to go walk through one. Thanks again really appreciate all of your videos.
Seriously interested in the Alliance Avenue!! They really need to offer a super sofa option in that slide all that space for a family to sleep and only two places to sit and watch TV if it’s raining out!! Is the residential oven an option? It would be amazing with all that countertop and prep space in that awesome slide!!! Home run on the décor!!! When will it be available for purchase? We’re looking to replace our travel trailer soon!!
I’m a newbie looking to buy so this was beyond helpful! Thank you so much for showing such a great variety. I’m so excited to start our camping trips! I agree showing prices would make it even sweeter! ❤️
Love to see an atc on here
Love ❤️❤️ from San Luis potosi mexico
Any Forest Rivers
Yes, tons of Forest Rivers are at the show. We were only able to film one which was the impression.
Rear kitchens put a lot of weight on the rear of the trailer. Sway what you want about them.
RV showers and tall people, they will get water damage.
A lane is 120”, so that leaves about 9” each side of the coach, at 101” wide. That’s pretty tight.
Why does no one tour the KZ lines?
Great Video! Loved the new stuff. You both make a great team. Keep up the good work. God Bless!
That alliance avenue is sick! Once thhat rear bunk is flipped i would maybe cut the top back even a little more than the bottom but thata nitpicking. Overall great looking unit and love the color choices. #Nomoredarkbrown.
Great feedback! I think they are cutting it back a little further as well!
Hi Will and Jen! My wife and I are new subscribers to your channel and long time Matt fans and are really liking what we’re seeing here so far. We’re looking for a toy hauler with a 1500lb minimum garage ccc. We are huge Tiffin and Newmar fans and just learned yesterday that Tiffin/Vanleigh is coming out with a fifth wheel toy hauler! It was at the Hershey show, but only one person did a quick video of it and no one else has mentioned it. That toy hauler is amazing news for us and we would really appreciate any information you can come up with in the future on this RV, the Vanleigh “Ambition”. Thanks again for your efforts in providing great information for us. Rick and Ellen from SoCal🌴🌵👍🏼😎
Great video, but pull back with the camera sometimes. We can't get the whole scene because the filming is way too close. Like stand in the door way and pan around before entering the room.
Great 5th wheels. Love the colors. Rear kitchens. Thanks Jen and Wil!
Grand Design has revamped their Momentum 351m. We purchased the new floor plan 2022
Keep up the good work/videos. My wife and I were at the show Saturday. Met Matt and Andrea. Did not see you two. But I'm 6'6" and most towables dont work. Even with 5thwheels. The term rv king bed is confusing. So you look for shower and bed and doors you can walk thru without ducking. The Hershey rv show is a great place to investigate these things.
Thank you so much Wil and Jen! Great job of showing these fifth wheels. I love the Alliance and the home made one with the tub. But they were very nice and had very big bedrooms and closets and bathrooms. Even the toy hauler was very nice. Thank you Wil and Jen. See you soon!
Thanks so much, Sherri!
Loved the toy hauler, beautiful inside. Great job, only wished you showed prices. That will help people like me looking to see what we can afford. Thanks guys.
Thank you so much for the feedback!
u could have someone sleep in pass thru
The only double sinks in an RV are only in the ones with front or back bathroom. You don't see very many of front bathrooms.
Yes, more reviewing tall stuff! Leg space is important too when sitting in bathroom and at dinette.
Will is the size guy.
That my dad..he's gone now..but will looks just like my dad did..
Great job, really like the Alliance, looks like the Avenue was very good quality. The the Beacon was great. The Forest River looked like it had some fit and finish issues, the slide out trim looked cheap and that it did not fit well. The Flipping Nomad was great, started following on Instagram. Really a nice job with video, enjoyed it.
Great video will and Jen new subscriber after watching a lot of Matt's Towable videos I'm definitely in agreements with will on alliance we are currently in a travel trailer and in a couple years I think alliance is gonna be our new 5th wheel
Absolutely unbelievable….I call it the Hershey dealer RIPOFFF……. All attendees,GO HOME and buy local….you will literally save thousands on a B, tens of thousands on a C and hundreds of thousands on an A. It is disappointing that I AM TELLING YOU THIS vs the folks behind this video.
YESSS! More "tall stuff"! I'm 6'8", and it kills me when I see a nice floorplan, and then see Wil's hair scraping the ceiling...lol
Yes, it’s important to always watch the ceiling height!
At 6’7” I could not agree more! As far as 5th wheels go the Jayco Northpoint has a “domed” ceiling and appears to be the best option for 6’4” plus folks. I do like the idea of a half bath in this one since it’s “downstairs”.
Very disappointed maybe GD doesn’t have “new” stuff but really you showed 2 high priced RVs with the same rear kitchen layout and a custom RV that no one can buy…waste of time. GD offers the 390RK which no one else seems to offer, but of course you chose not to show it. Thanks for wasting my time 👎🏻
