You have to listen to the body in order to make it listen. It's a connection dancers strive to have. That's when we reach the level of artistry. Theres a balance.

I don't understand how they listen to the body when everyone is doing the same sequence like an army and I don't hear what the dancers have to say, only Ohad speaks, why?

Bot-shave-a. But this is an American's P.O.V. so I'm not exactly sure. But this is how the American dance world says it.
And I prefer less words more movements....
