I'm thinking you could push the "side view" a bit to the right, and make the POV window bigger. that way we have both. I love the mixed reality, and i know a lot (including myself) found your channel because of it, and would be sad to see it be minimized to a that little of a screen in the future :).
@@TechandDoc well she wouldn't need more? She could just push the recorded footage to the side a bit, and then place the pov footage where there would be nothing
@@Fizzzum nah you cant because then there would be an offset between her and the swords. The compiler works by using the sensors in the controllers to line up the swords with her hands. If you shift the video that wouldnt work.
I have one of the cheap kits to hold the wires up, just a few spring-loaded pulleys and cord isn't an issue (for the most part). Well worth the $10 or so.
@@Bambeakz Really? I have them and its even easier to get tangled in my case... I had to order small rotary carabiners and fishing ball connectors to fix the issue, because for some reason the head that holds the cable does not rotate in 360°
@@MiChAeLoKGB Yeah really. Maybe because my ceiling is 3,5 meters on the attic and the first one is exactly in the middel of my playspace. I also use a tire rip to mount the cable on the upper backpart of my head. I can turn around like 50 times to one side (what never happens in a game).
I personally say do what you prefer, I'll probably watch you first then the first person, since that is kind of what i am used to for watching you. Good job though :P
The controllers are wireless... it's the headset cord she got wrapped in. You can get wireless adapters for the headset but there is a very small amount of lag some people expecially those who professionally do this don't like the lag.. it's minute but makes a bit impact on scores
imho viewers will most likely enjoy the mixed-reality view of pro-players like you - but it's hard to record for 360s. Some other players are using multiple cameras atm - but this may be very complicated to set-up. I do not think you should change the view, it's fun to watch the way it is.
And if you DID also spend a grand on a PC, you can hook it in and play fully featured games through steamvr etc... Quest really is a "pretty damn good shot at both worlds". Not going to say "best of both worlds", but it's a killer headset to be sure.
Yeah the 360 view from the MR camera is a little pointless to watch IMO. In the worst case(s) we just see blocks appear for a split second, and a lot of times you're just slicing them off screen. Normally the HMD view can be a little hard to watch in 2D due to the movement, but you seem to keep it stable enough to the point where it's probably not going to be a problem IMO to have it as the main view for these 360 levels. Also, yet another incredible run, especially considering it's a first attempt :) Seems we don't get to watch you get into the music as much as you do in the normal levels though, which is a shame, but eh. Looks like you have your hands full with these just slicing blocks :P
There is a way to write script for camera plus to follow the lane rotations... but it doesn't capture the 360 degree atmosphere. it would make it appear the game is turning not the player. I like how this is done and think the mixed reality. maybe a slight zoom out for the 360 so you see the blocks she cuts off screen... but she is soo cute i like seeing her up close lol.
Nope. I watch to see YOU play, not the view you see. Please keep yourself in the big picture. Love it!
I have become addicted to your channel. Stop it
I vote keep mixed reality as the dominant view. You are awesome and super entertaining. ♥
Whoa and I thought you were fantastic before with this game, your coordination and focus! Amazing! Well done.
That spin at 1:20 COOL!!

Doubt she has enough green screen real estate based on video descriptions

that spin @ 1:21!!
Very Episode IV Obi-Wan-esque
Wow, crazy skillz.
I really liked the spin!
Damn thar looks way more intense
I like mixed reality view because it's bouncy.
Loving the new 360 gameplay! :0)
I kinda like what you do here, see you spinning around doing it, but that's just me
360° pretty intense!
I am super happy with the 360 degree update! as always you are fantastic. ❤
Also prefer view as is
That song looked like it was a lot of fun! I can't wait to get my Index and play Beat Saber. :D
Great Job OtterWorldly! Talented and cute as always.
A cheap pulley system would help you stop getting tangled Miss Otter. My Rift S cable is a nightmare the pulley system is a god send

Insert music break for cord relocation in 3, 2, 1...
Time to get some KIWI pulleys and ceiling-mount this baby up.
BullHorn Exactly, I never get tangled up anymore.

#OttersFam good job on this. Looks like it'd be extreme hard
360 is best mode

1:02 Otterception :D
I like the views the way they are but maybe the first person view should be just a little bigger
UA-cam: Are your videos kid-friendly?
Otter: Um... they used.. to.. be?
One vote to keep it this way.
More please!
I personally prefer the views as they are.
👍🏼👍🏼☮️🎉☮️❤️ you rocked it!!!,
If you use a costume or cosplay the mixed reality should stay the dominant view.
I think you would need to put the third person camera on a drone and then the drone flies around you as you turn
How are you liking the 360 stuff? Might finally buy this for my vive
I agree with the dominant view swap, as I find myself watching your POV instead of the mixed reality one.
Watch out and don't hurt yourself at your bed again!
That cord issue could be dangerous. I wonder if the level writers take that into consideration. Are wireless controllers available?

@@Mdyck69 OK I read that wireless headsets were available so I assumed that Otter had one and that the controllers were what was wired.
I wonder if you could pan out a bit on the 360 view, and then superimpose yourself in there.
It looks like your Jedi skills are complete. I bet you could take on any Sith Lord better than Rey or Obi Wan.

Cords seem to be causing some issues in 360
I got used to it relatively quickly, though my cable is mostly on the ground.
See that's why the quest is great haha, also I didn't need to spend a grand on a pc lol

The hands tracking is cool as well, as of now it only works in the browser, menu and video player
These 360 songs remind me how terrible I am at this game lol
Do as you wish, but I don't see anything wrong with this view.

Goof245 she seemed to be moving just fine to me, except for the cord mishap.

I am on the channel to watch her, not some blocks being sliced.
Had no clue you had a front side :)
Love this but mix it up I would say.
that sports bra though! :O
Really dude?
Please stop being a creep...
Damn, this song sucks.
