How did you make your choice for the sushi restaurant? Fellow half-Japanese here and surprisingly, there are a lot of average places in Tokyo. The best places ever are either extremely expensive or anywhere in Hokkaido! Lovely to have your vlog and hoping to see you in Japan in passing (without bothering of course!) All the best
