My SD card does not show even after I insert it. Any solution?
I tried scrolling down but there is nothing below max distance
Hi Ian. Looks like you're in the "Safety" setting mode. Simply select "Camera" and scroll down to the label indicating "Storage Location". Look above the "SD Card" option and you should see the "Format" label.
Hello there. We have recently purchased the Mavic Air 2 and are having issues formatting the sd card. While using the app, I have gone to the setting and see under the "camera" section there is an option to format the sd card. However, despite having an sd card in the drone, it will not give me the option to format it. It says there is no SD card. Is there a different way we can format it? Is there another way for it to be readable?
Hello. Try checking your micro SD card to see if it might be "locked".
