Excellent audio production, captures their live energy perfectly, which is quite rare. Visual production excellent too, creates a very atmospheric feel, love the shot of the vibration of strings on the bass neck and the drum skin! Overall captures the raw energy that is Kill It Kid!
lovin the fuzzy 'come together' esq bass line in the outro...
Really excited about this band. And the lead singer has a ridiculously epic voice.
Saw this band in Sheffield on Saturday and fell in love with them - especially the keyboardist.

I do like their new, rawer sound but I was a huge fan of the last album. It was just what I needed to hear to reinvigorate my passion of music from the UK, very little else like it! I was also kind of worried when I heard the violinist had left as he provided a lot of the melodic backdrop but they've kept moving forward and I appreciate that. As long as they keep balancing the fast with the slow and their heavy delta-blues influence i'll be ecstatic :D
This band is the greatest musical event in my life since "Morning Glory". A big hug from Brazil.

@justlettersandnumber I did hear an acoustic version of Heart Rested with You when Richard was still in the band and they've now transferred the melody to Steph on keys. Depends if thats what you like really. That only counts for this song as well, not sure how many new ones they've written or re-written since then. From reviews, i've not heard half the songs on the album (or don't recognise their names at least).
"Kill It Kid" is an old Blind Willie McTell number. And so it goes.
