This mission is bugged entirely for me. Before I cut the power on, there was no cover door there, it was just an open space that I couldn't couldn't through like it was an invisible door. Turn the power on and suddenly the door drops DOWN instead of removing the invisible wall so I can walk in there.

Man I've never had so many problems figuring stuff out in this game. I can usually figure out how to complete my objective really easily but this stupid game is designed so janky I've had to use UA-cam to beat half this game and it's really pathetic.

The water was incredibly mucky in my game, so I am glad I had this video. I couldn't see anything swimming around (and I had already looted the item next to the pipe, without being able to see the pipe itself)

There’s the first blockage right near the stairs when you get into the water, it helps to shoot in it indeed. You can see it on 1:13 right under the players feet.

This happened to me too - what fixed it for me was fast traveling to the nearest checkpoint and going back there again, gate was down, made me clear blockages again but then after pulling the level the door opened as normal.

you can actually clear the last pipe at the bottom with the huge fan and skip other pipes. I did this accidentally and I was super confused as to what to do next.

There's an easier way to do it. Before you even go under water there's a pipe right in front of you, which lowers the water enough to where this is easy

So apparently mine is bugged.. the door was up when you first went in and you could see the room but couldn’t enter it (like an invisible wall sort of) then once you shout the pipes turn the power on the door goes down and I can’t enter it at all 😂

I finally figured out the best way to do this shoot the pipe that's glowing by the first ladder by the water that will drain some of the water.
After you go for the second pipe there is a ladder by it go back up for air and keep going down until you find the pipe and hit it

If this happens, fast travel to a different area and the objective will change back to 'need to access the office' rinse, repeat the process with the pipes and it should reset the door. 👍

I assume this is the same but my friend went there it was open but he couldn't actually enter the room (it was supposed to be shut) after he did the puzzle he "closed" the door (basically he corrected the game) he then reopened the door and was able to complete the puzzle..... Glitches are weird 😐

I had to find one pipe that was already closed and had to melee the glitched blockage that’s almost covered by the pipe. The entire room was empty of water except I had to do the glitched blockage last, now I’ll do the rest of the mission.
EDIT : Turns out I didn’t see the last part of the blockage at the bottom pipe. Now I’ll actually do the rest unless another glitch or I need a code or some pattern thing.

Mine had an invisible barrier blocking the way in. Pulling this lever at the end dropped the gate and I can't get access to the office. This game has some weird glitches
Edit: I quit the game and restarted. The door was closed and everything worked.

I was totally mislead by the hints. Walked around for like an hour looking for a generator after failing to *interact* with the clogged pipes and unable to shoot while swimming. Absolutely horrible design.

I died three times because the game didn't mention I needed to use the machete, demanding a mechanic it hadn't introduced before. And when I found out it required using the machete, apparently I wasn't doing it the way the game wanted. This quest has a very flawed design.
