What was the elevator man protecting the mother and baby from? The baseball shoe one was far from an act of kindness. That man was despicable talking to that kid that way.

But I totally agree with you about the man who spoke that way to the child with the shoelace was absolute trash. NOBODY talks to a child like that. It's disgusting. What the hell did that clip do in this video?!
