Suggestion:
One more test ozonolysis i.e. Terminal alkyne on oxidative ozonolysis produce CO2 along with other products... Similarly for terminal alkyne...

Can some one tell me why only triple bond takes in consideration for positive touline test..
Why no cyclic and double bonds are takes into consideration...?

Bhagwat Patil because...only terminal alkyne gives positive tollen test... and terminal alkyne should have triple bond with H in it's corner....

because tollen is Oxidising agent so in a reaction it will reduce other substance while being oxidised itself, so upon accepting the acidic H it will get reduced
