You are the reason I started playing Hog EQ all those years ago and I'm still leveling it up lol (Free 2 play is impossible and I wish I had money to spend on the game 😂) I'm kinda struggling to play it in this new meta, but I don't really have another high lvl deck. For the swelling, it really depends on the severity and time duration. If it flares up but quickly subsides, not affecting you too badly, I’d say just don’t overwork yourself if you do run everyday, a rest here and then is alright, and stretching can help circulation and activation of the muscles. If it’s more severe, I’d consult with a doctor. Sounds like overuse to me imo

About the circulation issue...seems to me like a deep vein thrombosis (dvt) causing pedal edema. There can be several causes for swelling of the ankle like congenital heart problems, kidney disease. I suggest you visit a ctvs surgeon
Ian for your legs gave you tried compression socks? Keeping active is a good idea to try and improve the circulation. Just try to keep your legs and ankles moving!
Ankle thingy: My girlfriend who’s a doctor has the same thing. It varies quite often but basically we think it’s venous insufficiency. Basically It’s faulty valves so the blood couldn’t get through so it get’s backed up causing the swelling and then they burst causing the rash

I'm a mid ladder player, but likely I use normale decks like 2.8 hog eq, 2.6 Sometimes is so frustrating to face random decks like that one you faced in this video
I think you just might have a simple venous valve system defect that’s quite common in tall men. Especially if you don’t have any other symptoms apart from swelling in lower limbs under strain. Kinda nothing you can do about it apart from removal of any varicose veins later in life, maybe avoid certain exercise.
Ian I would have to guess the circulation issues are due to the amount of distance you run probably, from what I’ve heard you do very long runs and that can be very damaging, my dad is a marathon runner so I don’t mean don’t run long but training and building up to that is very important

Ian if you’re having circulation issues I’d suggest switching to carnivore diet I had the same issues and they’ve completely reversed do some research on the do’s and dont’s of the diet and get back to me on if you’re gonna start it goodluck!
