I have this model. Some suggestions:
1. Get this elevation. I got another and the front room ceiling came down and it feels small.
2. Get double sinks in the jack and Jill if you have kids
3. Get pocket doors for this j and j. All those doors are so clunky. We are ending up putting barn doors but not as good as pocket.
4. Extend the patio. We did and it's great.
5. Do the bay window in the bedroom. I didn't and regret it. Even better, this master extension you see here.
6. The master tub always looks ugly. Pay really special attention to what tile you pick. Have a picture and do the detailing on the tub ie marble, edging or something shiny. The regular floor tile is not enough to Make it look pretty. We are redoing ours soon for that reason.
7. We didn't do the full shower door but do the frameless either way.
Love this plan and my home. This villanova or the Princeton are the best imo.
